衡山医院_剧情介绍 ：
出身贫苦的马天明遭陷害卷入一桩灭门惨案，逃亡过程中意外顶替了留洋医生蔡里昆的身份藏身于衡山医院。
红色商人朱天德手里掌握着一大笔秘密的红色资金，却在躲避敌人追捕时突发急病昏迷不醒，住进了衡山医院。中统、力行社的特务，日本军部，上海青帮等各方势力都对这笔巨款虎视眈眈。
因枪击重伤也住进了衡山医院的蔡里昆本人，正是苏区派来接应朱天德的特派员，他让马天明继续维持假身份，二人结盟与各方恶势力周旋。
在险象环生的斗智斗勇中，原本一心为财的马天明被革命者蔡里昆的高风亮节所打动，真正成长为一个深晓民族大义的共产党人，最终战胜了恶徒，完成了组织交予的任务，同时也为自己洗清了冤屈。
